If you need to make any changes (add different photographs or videos, music or message) we will make the edit. Once your changes are completed you will have one more opportunity to revise. Tribute videos are intended for personal use only. The master copy is without watermarks or codecs preventing reproduction. The better the quality of your Photographs, the better your tribute video. We accept .jpg, .gif, and .bmp files. If you have a different file type, please advise. In most cases we can process your photographs. The larger the pixel size, the better. You are responsible for copyright issues. If you do not have permission to use a photograph, please do not submit. If we have a concern, we will advise and offer alternatives.

The better the quality of your Video files, the better your tribute video. The quality from an Iphone or droid are impressive. Video from a camera or video cam work great. We accept .mov, .wmv, and .avi files. If you have a different file type, please advise. In most cases we can process your videos. We have an extensive stock video library that may use to enhance your presentation. There is no additional charge to use our stock video footage. You are responsible for copyright issues. If you do not have permission to use a video clip, please do not submit. If we have a concern, we will advise and offer alternatives.

Music files are the biggest issue with tribute videos. We have an extensive music library. There is no additional fee to use songs from our music library. Songs you hear on the radio or Online "ARE NOT" in our library. If you have purchased a song(s) to be included in your tribute video, simply upload with pictures and photographs. It is our understanding that if your intent is to use your video for personal use, there is no additional royalty fees required for using music you own. We accept .MP3, .AIFF, and .Wave or AAC Podcast files. If you have a different file type, please advise. In most cases we can process your audio. You are responsible for copyright issues. If you do not have permission to use an audio clip, please do not submit. If we have a concern, we will advise and offer alternatives.

Text personalizes your tribute videos. We can use any language. Our text graphics are television quality. We will place the text where our team believes best enhances your tribute video. You can make changes when you review the first version of your tribute video. You are responsible for copyright issues. If you do not have permission to use quotes or text, please do not submit. If we have a concern, we will advise and offer alternatives.

This video included photographs, video from a Kodak Easy Shot Camera, our stock video, high quality graphics and music from her library. This is a short selection of the four minute tribute video.

There are no additional royalties or limitations. Your tribute video can be used in multiple media formats (DVD, Online, email, etc.). We will email you a .wmv and .mp4 version of your tribute video and mail you the master version (.mov) on disc. You will be able to view this version on television. If you ordered additional copies, these will also arrive at the same time. You will be asked if you want additional copies once you approve your tribute video. If you find a lower price, let us know. We will match it!

STEP TWO: Payment. The easiest way is with PayPal. They accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. You do not need to be a PayPal member to process your payment through PayPal. If you prefer to not use PayPal and pay with Visa/Mastercard/Discover, simply download our Credit Card Form and fax to our corporate office. We also accept checks (ten days required to clear).

STEP THREE: Upload your video, photograph and music files to our server. We make this process easy with our Java software. You can upload any type of file and there are no file size restrictions.

Java Alert: When you click on the link below "Upload My Files Now" you will reload this same page and in most cases be asked approval for the Java Applet to access your computer.

The Java Applet allows you to quickly find files on your computer and upload to our server. Sun Microsystems Java doesn't gain any access to your computer.
